No. Most families share a key or door code. Your caregiver follows the agreed care plan, and you receive notes and updates after every visit.
Care packages run from $60 (Basic) to $130 (Premium), with Standard care at $90. Your assessment includes a written quote — no hidden fees, and you can adjust hours monthly.
Yes. You’ll have one primary caregiver plus one trained backup for holidays or sick days — both introduced in advance, never a stranger at the door.
Yes. Premium plans include extended and overnight coverage, and our family support line answers around the clock for urgent needs.
